About AmpliFitness and Corona virus (Covid-19)

Are you looking for an effective way to keep up/improve your physical fitness level while you want to reduce the risk of virus transmission? Not a problem with AmpliFitness.

Our Policy

In line with advice from the Government the following measures are put into place from our side:


  • Only one Client is seen at a time.
  • All sessions are scheduled.
  • Cleaning surfaces and training equipment between Clients.
  • After every Client disinfecting the room and wet suits using ozone generator.
  • Paper towels in washing facility area are used.
  • Hand sanitiser is offered at the entrance and in the treatment room.
  • Face masks are worn all the time.
  • Covid questionnaire to be filled by Clients before every session for safety purposes.


Please take the following approach from your side:


  • Use face mask within the Clinic, it can be taken off in the suite if necessary.
  • If you feel unwell (even if it is just a cold) please re-schedule your appointment.
  • AmpliFitness sessions are only one-to-one.

    This reduces the possiblity of virus transmission and easy to socially distance.

  • Trainings are always scheduled.

    There are no queues which further reduces  the risk of infection.

  • EMA/EMS Training strengthens your muscles and immune system.

    Exercising actively reduces to risk of illness.

  • EMA/EMS Training does not put extra pressure on your lungs.

    Breathing naturally means less aerosol exposure.
